Active listening

Active listening is a great method to treat clients and makes it easier to distribute good practice. It gives room for patients to open up to me and for me to fully understand the matter at hand. It establishes a link between you and the patient’s emotions (Balducci, 2014) will allow me to make clients feel at ease.

This shows how I intend to actively listen and understand client messages not just words.
